Beginning
Being an all-women team, who belongs to various socio-economic backgrounds, we understand the daily struggle we have to go through as a woman.
Like many of us, we were also looking for an oppurtunity to find sustainable & substantial changes for the women of our country.
On a winter day in December, we decided to take responsibilities in our own hands. Two weeks later we started our journey as a PinkFlag Foundation.

By stereotyping, the color Pink is always associated to GIRLS. Pink is considered as soft, sweet & fragile. We have decided to use the same color as our symbol of resistance.
We believe that women empowerment and gender equality are the key aspects of achieving sustainable development goals. At the same time, the empowerment of women is also a process of change that enables women to build capacity in order to make life choices and act on them.
